Communications Planning

In order to make a good communications plan, often our clients ask us to perform a basic communications audit. A communications audit is a review of your current outgoing communications, including your website and electronic communications, brochures, slide presentations, advertising, packaging, stationery, videos, exhibits and even business forms.
As we look at your communications, we notice what is being said and also what is not being said. We notice how things are communicated visually and verbally. Our review may focus in on inconsistencies, key messages, language, complexity, visualization or lack of it, navigation/ease of use, clarity, uniqueness, color palette and mood. For instance, if you are wondering about the consistency of your communications, it can be very informative to view everything together. For perspective, it may also be instructive to look historically at what you have communicated.
Often a communications audit is integrated into the Strategic Analysis & Planning Stage.
